Mojave Resort - Palm Desert, CA

I recently was able to take a trip to the Palm Springs, CA area. With all the mid century modern architecture, desert scenery and pops of orange, I think I found my little slice of paradise in California!

We stayed at the Mojave Resort in Palm Desert. The staff was super friendly and the place had a very chill vibe. My inner child squealed with delight that the pool was open all night while my outer adult never actually took advantage of that. Also my outer adult never took advantage of the complimentary bicycles <sad face>

We were offered a choice of drink upon arrival. One of us chose the Bellini and the other the Mimosa and both of us were shocked at how unexpected the 10% ABV hit us after a day of traveling!

The hotel was a close walk to the El Paseo shopping district. I don't like shopping so we didn't do any of that but we did experience some of the nearby restaurants. Every time we stepped out of the hotel we were greeted by palm tree lined streets and mountains in the distance:

Overall I absolutely loved this hotel and would recommend it to anyone!
