Delano District Unfiltered: A Photographer’s Playground

Hello, Photo Friends!

There’s something about photography, you know, that quiets the noise inside and encourages focus on what’s going on around me. Whether my photos are great or merely good, they are flawless in that they make me see the beauty that is right in front of me.

Last night, RBF and I took a walk through Delano District. I’ve been here once or twice before over the years, but never with my camera. Until now. Why did I wait so long?!

It was a chilly day, with the temperature hovering around 45° and a not-so-balmy breeze, and by the end of the walk I realized I needed to purchase some gloves for our next wanderings. I tend to be a little more warm-blooded than my partner-in-photography (or simply more inclined to endure arctic conditions), so I need to enjoy all the frosty outings I convince her to accompany me on.
